Analizar el flujo de los RSU en la Provincia de Córdoba y sus beneficios sociales, económicos y ambientales en la cadena de valor.

El presente proyecto de investigación se plantea a partir de la necesidad de aportar como institución educativa a la Agenda 2030 y los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible. La investigación se basará en estudio y análisis del flujo de algunos residuos sólidos urbanos y su logística que se generan en la provincia de Córdoba, en diferentes sectores como el residencial, comercial, industrial, etc y que tienen un valor agregado dentro de la economía local y regional, conformado principalmente por papel y cartón, metales y vidrio, que se recolectan a través de los miembros de diferentes cooperativas de recuperadores urbanos de diferentes ciudad de la provincia de Córdoba. Estos materiales a su vez son materias primas que abastecen a industrias como la metalmecánica, del envase, de la celulosa, etc. La investigación y el análisis se focalizará en la importancia regional que ocupa la provincia de Córdoba y su vinculación con la región de Cuyo y el NOA con los puertos de Rosario y Bs As. Para ello se seguirá la metodología propia del enfoque de Cadenas Globales de Valor (CGV) considerando los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible, haciendo énfasis en el ODS 8 (Trabajo decente y crecimiento económico), el ODS 11 (Ciudades y comunidades sostenibles), el ODS 12 (Producción y consumo responsable), ODS 13 (Acciones por el clima) y el ODS 17 (Alianzas).

This research project arises from the need to contribute as an educational institution to the 2030 Agenda and the Sustainable Development Goals. The research will be based on the study and analysis of the flow of some solid urban waste and its logistics that are generated in the province of Córdoba, in different sectors such as residential, commercial, industrial, etc. and that have an added value within the local economy. and regional, made up mainly of paper and cardboard, metals and glass, which are collected through the members of different cooperatives of urban reclaimers from different cities in the province of Córdoba. These materials, in turn, are raw materials that supply industries such as metalworking, packaging, cellulose, etc. The research and analysis will focus on the regional importance of the province of Córdoba and its link with the Cuyo region and the NOA with the ports of Rosario and Bs As. To this end, the methodology of the Global Value Chains (GVC) approach will be followed, considering the Sustainable Development Goals, emphasizing SDG 8 (Decent work and economic growth), SDG 11 (Sustainable cities and communities), SDG 12 (Responsible production and consumption), SDG 13 (Climate Actions) and SDG 17 (Partnerships).
