Diagnosticar las potencialidades de las poblaciones de desarrollo tardío pertenecientes al corredor Camino de la Costa, para fortalecer la oferta turística y potenciar el desarrollo local sostenible.

El propósito del proyecto de investigación es identificar en un grupo de comunidades objeto de este estudio, la existencia de recursos naturales, físicos, sociales y culturales que ofrezcan la posibilidad de ser incorporados a la oferta turística del lugar. El ámbito de aplicación de la investigación es la zona del denominado Camino de la Costa de la provincia de Córdoba, mediante la selección de poblaciones de desarrollo tardío, para analizar la potencialidad que ofrecen para ser consideradas e incluidas en los circuitos turísticos actuales o de nueva definición. Identificar y atender las características propias de estas comunidades, permitirá fortalecer el desarrollo de actividades socio-productivas orientadas a los viajeros y visitantes, transformándose en sustento del desarrollo local y con impacto regional. La hipótesis del trabajo se apoya en que el desarrollo local sostenible vinculado a la actividad turística generará un incremento en el bienestar de la población y desarrollar una identidad, valorando las particularidades culturales y regionales, incluir el pasado, el presente y el futuro de las comunidades involucradas, conservar sus raíces, dar lugar a la creatividad e innovación, alejándose así del riesgo de una absorción pasiva de otras culturas. El objetivo es relevar y diagnosticar en cada población de desarrollo tardío perteneciente al corredor seleccionado, la potencialidad para generar ofertas de interés, así como el compromiso y disposición de los distintos actores involucrados para afrontar los requerimientos de inversiones y creación de nuevos emprendimientos para obtener una identidad propia y distintiva dentro del corredor del Camino de la Costa. El estudio se realizará recurriendo a fuentes de información secundaria referidas a estudios previos y antecedentes de acciones similares en otros ámbitos del país y del exterior y a fuentes primarias con un trabajo de campo aplicando técnicas cualitativas abarcando a distintos actores de interés del lugar y zona de influencia. Como resultado de la investigación se obtendrán observaciones sobre las condiciones positivas y restricciones de las poblaciones estudiadas que sustenten nuevas actividades socio-productivas y permitan avances hacia el desarrollo local y económico sostenible generando una identidad distintiva orientada a la oferta turística. travesti istanbul travesti

The objective is to survey and diagnose in each late development population belonging to the selected corridor, the potential to generate offers of interest, as well as the commitment and willingness of the different actors involved to meet the investment requirements and creation of new ventures to obtain a own and distinctive identity within the Camino de la Costa corridor. The study will be carried out using secondary information sources referring to previous studies and antecedents of similar actions in other areas of the country and abroad and primary sources with field work applying qualitative techniques covering different stakeholders of the place and area of ​​influence. . As a result of the investigation, observations will be obtained on the positive conditions and restrictions of the studied populations that support new socio-productive activities and allow progress towards sustainable local and economic development, generating a distinctive identity oriented to the tourist offer.
