Analizar recurrencias y diferencias en las experiencias y perspectivas de los estudiantes de primer año de la carrera de Abogacía de la modalidad a distancia de la UBP al estudiar cada asignatura, enfocando la mirada en las actividades de aprendizaje y contenidos curriculares de los materiales didácticos.

La enseñanza es comprendida como un proceso social y complejo donde intervienen dimensiones culturales, psicológicas, antropológicas, políticas, éticas, entre otras. En el marco de la educación a distancia, en este entramado complejo toman protagonismo la elaboración de materiales didácticos y el desarrollo de las tutorías. Por su parte, dichos materiales son recursos elaborados o seleccionados con finalidad didáctica y pueden integrar diferentes componentes como actividades de aprendizaje y contenidos curriculares a través de distintos soportes y lenguajes. En la actualidad se torna necesario cada vez más profundizar en las implicancias de los materiales didácticos y de los procesos de interactividad en el estudio y aprendizaje. A través de este proyecto se analizarán recurrencias y diferencias en las experiencias y perspectivas de los estudiantes de primer año de la carrera de Abogacía de la modalidad a distancia de la UBP al estudiar cada asignatura, enfocando la mirada en las actividades de aprendizaje y contenidos curriculares de los materiales didácticos. Para ello, se prevé caracterizar los diferentes usos de los materiales didácticos que realizan los estudiantes, para reconocer diferencias y recurrencias. Asimismo, se espera identificar aquellos componentes, características, soportes y lenguajes de los contenidos curriculares que resultan más significativos al momento de estudiar y de aprender. Específicamente, a través de esta investigación, se conocerán y analizarán las perspectivas de los estudiantes sobre las actividades de aprendizaje y su importancia al momento de estudiar y aprender.

Teaching is understood as a social and complex process where cultural, psychological, anthropological, political, and ethical dimensions, among others, intervene. Within the framework of distance education, in this complex framework, the development of didactic materials and the development of tutorials take center stage. For their part, these materials are resources prepared or selected for didactic purposes and can integrate different components such as learning activities and curricular content through different supports and languages. Currently, it is increasingly necessary to delve into the implications of didactic materials and interactivity processes in study and learning. Through this project, recurrences and differences in the experiences and perspectives of first-year students of the Law degree of distance learning of UBP will be analyzed when studying each subject, focusing on the learning activities and curricular contents of the teaching materials. For this, it is planned to characterize the different uses of the didactic materials that the students make, to recognize differences and recurrences. Likewise, it is expected to identify those components, characteristics, supports and languages of the curricular contents that are most significant when studying and learning. Specifically, through this research, student"s perspectives on learning activities and their importance when studying and learning will be known and analyzed.
