Establecer el impacto de las nuevas tecnologías en materia societariamente.
Resumen
El proyecto propone analizar el impacto de las nuevas tecnologías en el derecho societario, ya sea en la creación de compañías, su capitalización, su funcionamiento interno y la seguridad jurídica frente a terceros.
