Se proyecta hacer un análisis de la normativa urbanística y las políticas públicas urbanas de la ciudad de Córdoba desde una perspectiva democrática. El estudio se centra en las regulaciones de seis categorías urbanas: espacio público, accesibilidad, ambiente, seguridad, vivienda y transporte. Se buscará determinar si tales regulaciones aseguran una participación de las personas que habitan y transitan las ciudades cotidianamente, en particular de grupos minoritarios, que satisfaga las exigencias democráticas que establece el derecho a la ciudad (participación abierta, inclusiva, real y efectiva). Para ello, será necesario, en primer lugar, precisar el alcance de tales exigencias. The project aims to analyze urban planning regulations and urban public policies in the city of Córdoba from a democratic perspective. The study focuses on the regulations of six urban categories: public space, accessibility, environment, safety, housing and transportation. The aim is to determine whether such regulations ensure the participation of the people who live in and move through cities on a daily basis, particularly minority groups, in order to satisfy the democratic requirements established by the right to the city (open, inclusive, real and effective participation). To this end, it will be necessary, first of all, to specify the scope of such demands. Based on the identification and critical analysis of existing regulations and policies, reform proposals will be made.
